Nearly everyone loves a sandwich.
While the great chicken sandwich war rages over who has the best - Popeye’s or Chick-fil-A, plenty of restaurants will be celebrating National Sandwich Day. (In fact, this is the day Popeye’s is rereleasing its chicken sandwich.)
National Sandwich Day is celebrated annually on Nov. 3. You can imagine it’s a day dedicated to dining promotions.
Here’s where you can land some deals and steals:
Firehouse Subs: All you need is a coupon to land a free medium sub with purchase of a medium or large sub, chips and a drink.

Jersey Mike’s Subs: Receive $2 off any regular sub from Sunday through Nov. 6 with a coupon sent to email club members, which also will be posted on the chain’s social media accounts.
Jimmy John’s: If you’re a member of the Freaky Fast Rewards program you’ll earn a free surprise sandwich Sunday with purchase of an Original or Favorite sandwich. The surprise sandwich will be either an 8-inch Favorite, Original, Frenchie or the new Little John. Terms and conditions apply.
Quiznos: On Sunday, get an 8-inch sub for $6 or steak sub are $7. Valid only at the restaurants and not for delivery.
TGI Fridays: Through Sunday, cheeseburgers with a side of fries are $5.
