A water main break on the Upper West Side canceled train lines and stalled traffic Sunday morning.
The break was reported at around 8 a.m. at 102nd and 103rd streets near Central Park West, according to officials.
The NYPD urged drivers to avoid the area.
All Manhattan and Brooklyn are running local with the C line suspended, according to the MTA.
