ANN ARBOR, MI — Two residents are suing the city of Ann Arbor, claiming their home flooded due to problems with a storm sewer after a street construction project.
Mark Jonker and Pasithorn Suwanabol are suing the city and contractor Cadillac Asphalt LLC in Washtenaw County Circuit Court, seeking over $25,000 in damages.
